About Renata.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Renata Parpinelli is dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments for children with dyslexia and other learning differences. Since 2009, Renata has been teaching in Asia, bringing a global perspective to her work and developing tailored interventions to address the unique challenges faced by these pupils, providing them with the tools they need to thrive academically and socially.

Throughout her career, Renata has gained valuable experience with diverse educational methodologies, including her role as a pedagogy assistant at the Chinese International School in Brazil, where she supported early childhood education through the Montessori method. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Mandarin, she is committed to fostering understanding and connection across cultures.

Renata is the creator of the Worksgarden Wonder Phonics programme, focusing on building early literacy skills through structured phonics instruction. She also collaborates on the Worksgarden Creative English programme for children aged 5 to 12, fostering language acquisition through engaging, creative methods.

At MY REALIA, Renata and her team understand that true progress for children with dyslexia goes beyond classroom instruction—it requires a team effort. Teachers, parents, and specialists all play a role in the child’s success. This belief led to the development of specialised training programmes for educators and parents, fostering collaboration and consistency across all areas of a child’s life. Through these programmes, My REALIA creates a powerful support network that surrounds each child and promotes their success.

In addition to her work with dyslexia and learning differences, Renata is a certified ABA Therapist and Supervisor with experience in supporting children on the autism spectrum. By combining evidence-based methods with a compassionate approach, she helps children develop essential communication, social, and cognitive skills.

Renata Parpinelli and her team at MY REALIA believe in meeting each child’s unique needs, providing an educational foundation that supports lifelong learning.
